I recently visited Collins Tire Shop in Des Moines, Iowa, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. What really stood out to me was their pricing—very fair and honest, which is hard to find these days. They didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into anything I didn’t need. John always saves me money on my car issues. He had it done quick and the price was way cheaper than the price at the dealership and what other mechanics were quoting! Took my brand new tire to be switched on my wheel and mounted. The kid cut the bead and said it would be fine, a week later I get a flat and it’s not able to be repaired. Not friendly service and in too much of a hurry.

I have been here a lot of times and Mr. Collins is a very respectful man. Absolutely knowledgeable about many areas of mechanical work. His prices are fair, he also saved me a ton of money by explaining having my vehicles serviced to prevent costly repairs in the future . Thank You " Collins New And Used Tires"
